Flying Ace Ink, LLC does not and will not release any customer information to any third-parties. We do not sell or trade information collected from your visit to our web site.

We will occasionally send our customers emails regarding specials that will benefit them, but only upon their request via our newsletter signup form.

We do not spam nor do we intend to do so in the future.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us relative to their order inquiries posted online.

Flying Ace Ink, LLC will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to us that actually are received. We do not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under our control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send. Flying Ace Ink, LLC is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions, approve to print a job or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit-card company.
